Bill is semi-retired from millwright work and has experience in project management.  He is also retired from the military, and has taught at Owens Community College and Penta Adult Education.  Bill has been working for the past 10 years in the Kairos Prison Ministry program with adult males who are incarcerated and assisted some of their families in the transition of their loved one's return home and back to their community.

In addition, Bill has experience serving the senior high youth at Maumee United Methodist and has worked with the interfaith college group through the University of Toledo, participating on work missions with both groups for the past 10 years.

Bill is very proud to have helped complete several Habitat Houses in NW Ohio and has served on the Board of the Harbor House.
