Richard Bingham

Richard is currently the Chief of Police for Waterville Township. He has been in law enforcement for over 31 yrs and previously served as the Chief of Campus Police at the Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital in Toledo as well as the Chief of Police for the Village of Pemberville. His law enforcement career started with the U.S. Air Force Police Department continued with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and then a long tenure with the City of Wauseon Police Department in Fulton County. He previously held the positions of Investigative Agent, Investigative Agent Supervisor, Police Officer, Detective, Detective Sergeant & Lieutenant. Richard is married to his wife Jennifer for over 31 years and they have two sons and two grandchildren. In his time off he enjoys cruising the world and attending 1980's rock concerts.
